UP BEHIND ‘Hanuman Statue’ (Monkey Statue) right in the heart
of Jomtiem, is an old area originally built as ‘holiday houses‘
in fact about 50 years ago for people in Bangkok to enjoy the Jomtiem
Beach area all those years ago.
We have been bought up a number of house land plots - demolishing the old houses then building these new ones - We now have 3 new houses ready for sale. Some of the old Soi’s were pretty run down when we came along to the area so we have re topped these with reinforced concrete and - the area already has a whole new look and feel. Because of this unique location - its so quiet but only minutes from all the ‘action’ about 350 mts, ‘level walking’ from the famous Dongtang and Jomtiem beaches and about 100 easy meters to the Baht Bus route and “Jomtiem Complex” with all those beautiful restaurants etc its truly a special location.
